Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund of any unused credits within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. What Qualifies for a Refund

• Unused credits that have not been consumed by API calls are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (credit card) used at the time of purchase.
• You may request a refund for the entire unused balance of a specific recharge transaction.

3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

• Consumed credits: Credits that have already been used for API calls are non-refundable.
• Expired credits: Credits that have expired due to 365 days of account inactivity are non-refundable.
• Refund requests after 14 days: Any refund request submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
• Partial usage: If you purchased a credit package and have partially consumed it, only the remaining unused portion is eligible for refund.
• Gateway processing fees: The original payment processing fee charged by our payment provider (Stripe or Paddle) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. For Stripe payments, this is typically 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction. For Paddle payments, this is included in the 5% platform fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to findtoken@outlook.com with the following information:

• Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
• The email address associated with your find-token account
• The recharge transaction ID (visible in your billing page)
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed via the original payment provider used for the purchase (Stripe or Paddle).
• After the refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account balance.
• Your account will reflect the updated credit balance immediately after the refund is processed.
• Refund records are visible in your billing history on the dashboard.

6. Payment Provider-Specific Terms

Stripe payments: Refunds are subject to Stripe's refund processing timeline. Stripe processing fees (3.4% + $0.30) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Paddle payments: As Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's refund policy. Paddle's platform fee (5%) is non-recoverable. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

7. Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU consumer law, provided the credits have not been consumed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
