find-token provides an API gateway service that enables developers to access large language models (LLMs) from various Chinese AI providers through a single, OpenAI-compatible API endpoint.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
API keys are used to authenticate requests. You must keep your API keys confidential. Any request made with your API key will be deemed to have been made by you. You may revoke or regenerate API keys at any time through your dashboard.
4.1 Usage is billed in USD based on tokens consumed. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Standard mode charges a 5.5% gateway fee on top of provider costs. BYOK mode charges a 5% fee on requests exceeding the monthly free tier of 1 million requests.
4.3 Payments are processed through Stripe or Paddle, depending on your selected payment method. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of service of the respective payment provider. For Paddle transactions, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.
4.4 All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
5.1 Credits that have been consumed by API calls are non-refundable.
5.2 Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to a deduction of Stripe processing fees.

You retain ownership of your input data and model outputs. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not train models using your data.
8.1 We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Provider outages, network issues, and scheduled maintenance may affect service availability.
8.2 We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions or provider API failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, find-token shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that model outputs are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Model outputs are generated by third-party AI providers and may contain errors or biases.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining unused credits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
